Service commitment

Standard month-to-month service has no fixed six-month commitment. Optional discounted service requires payment of the full stated term upfront plus the setup fee. Any renewal after that term, including pricing and billing frequency, must be disclosed in the signed agreement. Fees, activation, cancellation and any early termination obligations must be disclosed before payment.

Client property

Clients retain ownership of their registered domains and supplied business content. Domain transfers and content export are not conditioned on purchasing a proprietary theme license, subject to ordinary unpaid third-party registrar charges.

Website license and buyout

Subscription plans include a limited right to use the delivered website while service is active. An optional independently operable site license may be quoted separately; it does not include resale rights to the Adio Noir Digital design system or third-party licensed software.

Scope and third-party costs

Large catalogs, imports, custom functionality, external software, and integrations may require additional fees disclosed before approval. Website plans do not guarantee sales or search rankings.

Privacy

Application information is used to respond to inquiries and evaluate projects. A detailed privacy policy, retention schedule, and final customer agreement must be approved before production launch.
